Discovery Call-If you have questions and just want to chat before scheduling an appointment then click the button at the top of the page and you can self schedule a call with me. This is a great way for us to decide if we will be a good fit as partners in your horse’s care.

Time: 15min Cost: free

Initial appointment/trim- In our first appointment together we will be focusing on your concerns and the needs of your horse. I will take photos/videos for both of us to use as reference as we go forward. I will take time to explain to you what I am seeing when I evaluate the hooves and to answer questions that you may have. As I begin trimming your horse may be a bit more “fidgety” than they usually are for trims. This is because I encourage your horse to communicate their feelings about the work rather than demanding they stand perfectly still and accept whatever I am doing to them. Initial trims also take longer because I am working to change the angles of the hoof and evaluating details of the hoof closely.

Maintenance Trim- Routine follow up appointments to refresh hoof trim and reevaluate any issues. May take additional photos

Clinics- Interested in a learning opportunity for your barn or a group of your equestrian buddies? I offer a hoof care basics clinic. Learn about general anatomy, hoof care, and how to keep your horse’s feet healthy between trims.
